  15. Trust me, I never really exercised either but after surgery for some reason, I had the will to want to workout. And it’s going to be slow going at first but once you get in the routine, it will be like second nature. I too was that kind of person growing up. People can be so cruel! I too had sciatica, diabetes, sleep apnea and HBP. All of that is now gone due to the surgery. You got this and you are going to do great!!!
  16. No I had no complications from the surgery. Lost a total of 182 lbs and I currently weight 210. The only issue I have since surgery is that I am hypoglycemic. All medical issues I had, are gone so the surgery basically saved my life. I will say to you this....never give up! You will have good times and bad, but always remember your goal and keep fighting to reach that goal. The surgery is only a tool and the weight loss is dependent on how you use that tool. I am happy for you and your new journey. You can message me any time if you have questions, get discouraged or if you just need to talk.
