I had mine the same day..very sore but making it..I eat a lot of ice..I just let it melt in my mouth and sugar free popsicles are good. I sip on water a good bit. Good luck to you[emoji4] Sent from my SM-N910P using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm on complete liquid...ugh! Shakes, broth, two low fat cream soups a day, sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles and sugar free Crystal light...it's been a challenge at times but I've really done better than I thought I would. I've suck to it for 6 days now and lost 13lbs. My surgery is Monday and I'm excited/nervous but ready! Sent from my SM-N910P using BariatricPal mobile app
