  1. So I am REALLY freaking out!!! I had surgery on the 16th and weighed in at 239. I got on the scale today and I'm only 232. I am still on liquids so all I'm drinking is protein shakes, water, bone broth and the occasional Popsicle. I also started working out this Monday, doing Pure Barre! Is this normal? I feel like I should have lost more at this point? Anyone gone through this very early on?
  2. I just stared my liquid pre-op diet on Monday. Although it's not too bad, I'm getting bored. I found some cool protein shake recipes but I don't know if they would be allowed. Can anyone help? Thanks! Pumpkin Pie Shake Recipe: 1 Premier Protein® Vanilla Shake 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 cup of ice Blueberry Protein Shake: 1 Premier Protein 11oz. Vanilla shake 1 cup of blueberries 1 tsp. of cinnamon 4-6 ice cubes

  4. Hi Everyone! I'm starting my liquid diet today! My surgery will be March 19! Any tips for getting through the 2 week liquid diet? I'm going to need all the help I can get! haha!
