So I am REALLY freaking out!!! I had surgery on the 16th and weighed in at 239. I got on the scale today and I'm only 232. I am still on liquids so all I'm drinking is protein shakes, water, bone broth and the occasional Popsicle. I also started working out this Monday, doing Pure Barre! Is this normal? I feel like I should have lost more at this point? Anyone gone through this very early on?
I just stared my liquid pre-op diet on Monday. Although it's not too bad, I'm getting bored. I found some cool protein shake recipes but I don't know if they would be allowed. Can anyone help? Thanks!
