I really haven’t been craving food yet. I have hunger pains but I just drink Water. I’m not really excited about this liquid diet.

I have premier clear and chocolate. I’ve also started supplementing 2 meals a day

I’m getting the sleeve also. I’m very nervous no one in my family really knows. I’m actually scared to tell anyone. I just told my fiancé he was against it at 1st until I told him my current weight.

How what’s your current weight now? I know depending on your insurance they will have you do pre op testing and see a nutritionist a few times but mine never had any requirements just not to gain weight.

I’m hoping for a date the end of April so I can at least enjoy spring break with my children. I’m 27 years old and I’ve been up and down with my weight my whole life and I’m over it. I had to do 6 months of weight loss appointments it was stressful
