Discouraged: Need to get back on track!

I am 3 years out and had lost 70#. My husband of 9 years divorced me 1.5 years ago. I went into depression and have eaten nothing but ice cream, cookies, buttered popcorn, candy etc! I have regained 35# and feel so discouraged and a failure! I am sure I have streatched my stomach back out. I don’t know how to get back on track. I am right back where I started from. Would I need to have the surgery again? -
I am 3 years out and have regained most of my weight. I had lost 70# and regained 45#. I am so addicted to sugar and am struggling to get back on track. I’m afraid I have stretched my stomach back out. I feel so discouraged!!
