  1.    Nulife16 reacted to a post in a topic: 8 months post op feel like failure
  2. I like to vodka. I just tried to be careful. I drink flavored ones so I just have a couple without the juices. I have a stressful job so I like my release now and then. I'm also very social with my friends. Moderation is the key.
  3. I live in NY and The only record I needed was the 6 months I went to the surgeons office. My medical dr signed and said i've been trying to loose weight. Did you try any other weight loss programs? I worked for Jenny Craig for 11 years and I had to copy clients records for the surgery. I would call them myself and speak to them, Are they going to reimburse you for all the tests you did and paid for which if you wait a year you will have to do again. Good Luck
  4. It's not as much chocolate as cookies. I just try to not buy them. It's funny i baked for Christmas and didn't eat much of them. Maybe it was my release to back and give away, Also I really don't care for dark chocolate. I also like chips which crunchy goes down very well. I don't deprive myself just limit. I haven't gained anything just getting nervous. Thanks for the input.
  5. Hi, I know how you feel but I stopped it before I gained any weight. I see I can eat more and the stomach stretched. You have to think why you did this in the 1st place. Don't ever think your a failure. Just go back to your good habits after the surgery which is what I did. I vowed to myself that I will never gain this weight back. Just try to be positive and reset yourself. Remember it's just a tool. I worked for Jenny Craig for 11 years and went up and down. It did give me good knowledge to work it. Good Luck
  6. Hi, I waited 7 weeks after surgery. You can't drink as much and it hits you sooner. Just be careful it's still calories. Its usually the mixes that are higher in calories.
  7. I have lost alot of weight and have been in control but recently I'm craving sweets. I don't want to get out of control. This was my problem before surgery. Any suggestions?
