I’m 10 days post op and did not go through this BUT I am dealing with the worst constipation ever, as soon as u can start tolerating drinking mix MIRALAX in your drink. I had to givemyself an Enema last night and it didn’t help completely. Sorry for the TMI. I just want to help

I was sleeved on 11/15. Anyone with similar dates like to share their story? How r y’all doing?

See, if like you were able to eat actual foods. HEALTHY foods. I think I would have done better on your pre-op diet. Hehe I will try my best from here and on to stick to the diet. Wow, you did amazing !!! Congrats !!! And thank u for replying

I’m supposed to be on a 10 day post op starting yesterday but I keep cheating ??‍♀️. 1 Toddler size portion/meal and nothing UNHEALTHY. I was put on a Protein Shake, broth, coffee and popsicles pretty much diet. How are u guys staying committed ? What does you’re preop consist of? I feel defeated. :/

Hello, I am really concerned about hairloss after surgery. I already have thin hair as it is. I think this might take an emotional/mental toll on me. Did you u experience hairloss ? Was it very noticeable? How long did it last What did u take? Did you wear a wig? Thank you <3
