Okay, so I have Tricare and Medicare part A and B. (I have 2 insurances) My question is... Do I call the place where I want to have the surgery and have them contact insurances and handle it or do I make appointment with my regular family doctor to get started? I was thinking the sleeve would be best for me but I saw a post that said the sleeve isn't good for people with acid reflux which I have.

Can you bring a shaker cup with you? It's a plastic shaker with a ball or wire ball inside so you can shake and mix the powder up.

You can do it! Listen to what Tealael said about NOT eating any carbs. (Nothing White) Try drinking lots of water too. You can eat all the meats and vegetables you want but no carbs. If you get a really bad craving for carbs just try to eat only ONE serving a day. Hugs and best wishes!

Every time I tried to lose weight I might drop 5 or so pounds then nothing so I would give up. I have always been active and most of my life been chubby. My weight keeps going up now that I'm getting older. I'm sick and tired of being over weight and now having medical problems. Hello, I'm trying to get started on how do I go about getting this surgery started? Do I make appointment with my doctor and tell her I want this done? Hello I want to get this done and need to make an appointment with my doctor and talk about this. I've been over weight most of my life. I'm 5'5 and weight around 235 lbs.
