  1. I recommend that you also take your measurements once every week or two. I've found that those still move even when the scale isn't. Have faith! I'm just a little bit farther than you post-op and I've had a stall too where the scale is concerned. It passed. Get your recommended protein first and keep an eye on carbs and sugar. Exercise helps me break though slumps too. Everything is going to be fine.
