  28. Illinois Plans Under Medicaid Covering WLS

    I have Medicaid. BCBS family plan. Medicaid covers the surgery so I’m not sure why they said that. I just had my last appointment waiting on Insurance approval now.

    I had my last appointment on 03/07 too. This sucks. I almost called the insurance company to see if my doctors faxed the documents today and it hasn’t been 24 hours. I’m all over the place

    I have mine February 26. They told me to be prepared to be there a minimum of 2.5 hours.

    Hey! Im also at my half way mark. My last appointment is March 7th for my 6 appointments required by my insurance. So glad to see some individuals who are in the journey almost at the same time as myself.
