  8. I had a sleeve done on Dec 19th and since prep started I've been furiously gathering recipes for once I settle into a regular diet again. If anyone is interested in gathering inspiration go ahead and follow my pinterest board Bariatric Recipes under my account Katelyn Huizinga. There is something there for everyone. Another great resource is the youtube channel Protien Treats, she basically makes sugar free and high protien treats like pancakes and cinnamon sticks ect.   9. Ive been making a variety of soups like potato cheddar and carrot then straining them it helps a lot to mix it up. Also ive been eating the oikos greek yogurt in different flavours and that helps keep things from getting boring.   13. Yeah it will slowly get better. Its hard to eat when you arent feeling well. Just listen to your body. Maybe try popcicles because it may help the nausea. As well as chewable ginger gravol if they didnt give you something for nausea. Sent from my SM-G920W8 using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. Oh wow. Yeah I barely ate the first 3 days. It gets so much better after that. I actually had awful nausea for the first 3 and as soon as I got home from hospital I felt fine. Are you home yet?   17. My surgery was on Dec 19th 2017. Im 11 Days out. Before starting the pre surgical process I was 316 lbs. Today Im 270 lbs. I've lost 10 inches off my waist.
