    Thank you. I will have to improve my swimming before the next race. Who knew it was so much technique involved? I thought I could swim, but after looking at those who really knows it it’s clear I got a looong way to go.

  2. 7 months post VSG I did a Sprint Triathlon

    I had VSG on Dec 26 2017. I was 275 pounds that day. Yesterday I completed my first ever Sprint Triathlon weighing in at symbolic 200. I find it hard to believe ? I finished the 550 yards swim, 13 miles bike and 5k run in 1:27:00. That placed me 33 out of 55 in my age group.
