  3. MIne used to be regular but now it is a few days late and it lasts longer.
  4. I could only have puréed food at the one month stage - so some meat and vege but mashed or blended. Plus yogurt and puréed fruit porridge - going for nutrition as much as possible. I’ve also had protein powder to ensure I hit my protein goals.
  5. I took my tablet with a heap of Netflix downloaded and it was a lifesaver. I arrived at the hospital at 10 and my surgery wasn’t until 5:30 because of some delay so it kept my mind off of everything. It was also good for the day after but remember a charger. Lip balm as well! I wore a loose fitting dress home so there wasn’t anything on my waist. Best of luck!

  9. They do date and so should you!!
  10. Think of all the reasons you were going to do it. Maybe talk to the surgeon they may not mind. The surgery makes shakes and everything else easier. Don't stop now!

  12. I had this as well when my reflux meds ran out at about 6 weeks and I didn't renew the script. It wasn't until I told the nurse that I would get really hungry every 3 hours that she told me I shouldn't be so soon after the sleeve. Back on meds and it is much better but not completely gone I have been wondering if I should top up with chewable when I get the feeling or increase the nexium.
  13. I would see a Dr just to make sure it isn't anything more sinister going on. I think it is really unusual, I'd be worried it was serious.
