  1. I needed to see this. Panic sets in. I’m just past my one month. Have had amazing results, but then boom. Not a thing. Of course my mind went to “maybe this IS my set point” even though I know it’s not. It’s hard when it doesn’t move like at all. 228.0 all day for 3 days. Not even a .4 or something!
  2. Girl I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I promise you will feel better. We have all gone through it. You live your life after this surgery what feels like minute to minute. You need to be out of the hospital. Is there a reason they are keeping you this long? I was at an outpatient surgery center and home that day. But it has to do with insurance. But still. This will pass but trust me I know that pain

  4. I am 10’days post op and I was hungry Day 2 and thought I was nuts. One, I know part of it was mental. The other I was legit hungry. I asked the nurse when I went in for IV therapy and she said to try and take bites of yogurt or drink some protein shake every two hours. But even now when I’m hungry say when I’m going to bed i look back at what I’ve had and it’s not a lot even though I’ve met my protein goals
