  1. Just what I needed to see today. I'm due for surgery at 7:30 tomorrow morning and getting a little anxious - but I'm ready. I LOVED (and copied) your little line about recovery jobs - Walk, Sip, Suck, Rinse Repeat. Made me laugh. Thank you for sharing. Good luck with recovery! Sounds like you're off to a great start!
  2. I'm a volume eater too... and it's embarrassing sometimes. Definitely feel your pain there. My surgery is Monday. They say I won't be interested in food afterwards - I'm still not sure if I believe it. Good luck with your process! It's scary and exciting - all rolled into one.
  3. I have a charge HR that I've been using for 2 years. I usually wear it in my (loose fitting) pant pocket because I was getting too many false steps. Must be waving my arms around too much. I've been very happy with the charge HR for steps and such. Don't use it for HR though. I did find it interesting that the sleep monitor showed a very obvious shift from OSA to healthy sleep when I changed to sleeping upright a few months ago.
  4. Great! Now you tell me! Should have done it. I'm having surgery on 12/11. Am on my Dr's required 72 clear liquids only (NO protein) fast and have a wicked caffeine headache along with being generally grumpy and hungry. But I (and all of us!!!!) will persevere. Good luck to everyone!
