Well Diane, I also had a Hiatal Hernia procedure done at same time. I was told to stay on pure clears and given a list of what was allowed. No proteins on list and tomorrow I will find out what I graduate to, as far as a smooth diet. But congrats on your extraordinary ability to do it all!

How do they expect us to exercise when we are so weak and only on a liquid, non-protein diet? I’m much too weak! See doc tomorrow, and pray for a diet change! Over Christmas, it was torture!! How do you exercise at this stage? I also had a Hiatal hernia repair done too!!
