  1. I only do it doggy-Style and haven't had any problems. I'm about 2 weeks post op. But like everyone else has said, talk to your doctor about it.
  2. I mix it with my shakes. Banana, pb2, and unsweetened almond milk ice and blend.

  4. I was sleeved on December 19th as well. I'm in recovery now and doing well. Walked 5 laps around hospital floor. Pain is pretty tolerable. How are you all?
  5. We are surgery twins! That is my same date. Good luck and happy loosing.
  6. I finished week 1 and I am down 9 pounds. What helps me not be hungry is i started taking the vitamins you will need post op in the morning. I haven't felt hungry at all
  7. I'm December 19th and started my liquid diet! Countdown starts!
