Hi Caren, I am also new and going through the True Results clinic though with a different doctor. Yes the insurance process is a real pain in the ***. However, I have been approved by insurance but am finding the paper flow to be stalled at the clinic. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and so forth. :cursing:I'm EAGERLY awaiting a surgery date, but can't seem to get things to budge. In the meantime, I've just started my pre-op diet yesterday so I'll be ready. How did the office staff work for you? Who was your lap-band advocate? Betsy

Well I am also going through True Results with a different doctor, but my banding will be at a different facility. I hope I have more sympathetic nurses. But I guess they've been through this so many times they pretty much know what your body can handle. Still, I don't intend to let them push me around.

Hi, I am looking forward to banding next month. I wondered who did your surgery? Or what hospital were you at where you felt the nurses were pushy? I will be operated on in Houston also. Betsy
