  2. Yep I've searched it up, theres nothing like it yet. Well my mother had lap band, and she's been banded for about a month now, and during that month i was her maid. So i've been with her every step of the way :tongue:
  3. Hi everyone. My name is Tahleah. I haven't had lap band nor am i planning to. But I am on Optifast! My mother recently had lap band and she was the one who introduced me to Optifast,and so i'm on 3 Meal Replacements a day! (well only on a good day) Since being on Optifast I've lost 9 kilo's! thats in 3 weeks!!! So i joined to meet other people which were also on optifast so that i could have that extra boost on days when i feel as if i need to eat BAD FOOD! :thumbup:
