    I've started taking stairs & walking 30 min per day. I was in a car accident last Aug & still in physical therapy. I will be done soon & then I can hit the gym. I'm now down 85 lbs [emoji4]

    Hello, I'm in the Oregoncity area & looking for local support. I had sleeve 5/30/17 & am down 75 lbs & loosing momentum. It's starting to get hard! Feeling a little discouraged & this time of year is so hard with all the parties & food!!!
