  1. Oops forgot. The only thing that gets rid of the gas is walking. Hope you feel better.
  2. It's probably the carbon dioxide they put in your stomach to blow it up so they have room to move. For the nausea have you tried Isopure? It's gentler than a protein shake.
  3. I am 2weeks out after surgery and get up early to walk my dogs. I am having a hard time with my energy level first thing in the morning but won't have a choice when I go back to work in a week. Any ideas for getting some pep before I go?
