  1. Thanks for the info. Things are improving. Still having a hard time with the protein, not because of nausea, i just cant stand the sticky sweet of them. That being said, i am forcing myself to drink them anyway. Have changed to almond milk which thins them some.
  2. I am two days post op. Felt great when i came out from under anesthesia. I started phase 1 diet, was walking etc. Day two i became very nauseted and started vomiting. Day three i am still nauseated, havent vomited, am taking zofran and phenergan. Have a hard time walking, try to keep my legs moving while i am down. Cannot tolerate the protein shakes at all, so am livingon water right now. Having horrible left lower quad pain which seems to be gas. Is this normal, will it get better?
