I am a  48 year old mom of 3 teen/adult sons who are all athletes. My weight has fluctuated from 160 to 216 pounds. I recently topped out at 207 lbs. (5'7"). We have a very active house, but I have been slowing down with my recent weight gain again. I have fought my weight for most of my adult life. 6 months ago I injured my foot and have been unable to do much walking or any exercise at all. I realized that if I didn't finally get the extra weight off of my body that this would be my new 'normal.' I have lost the same 60 pounds  twice in the past 5 years, so I knew that I could lose the weight, but I am very hopeful that this Endoscopic Gastroplasty procedure will help me to keep the weight off finally. After doing tons of research, my sister and I decided on the ESG procedure performed by Dr. Tracy Pitt in Cincinnati. So far, so good.
