  3. Forgot to say I was 231 lbs pre op
  4. I was sleeved 11/07/17 and I’m down 28lbs but I’m down 50lbs including pre op diet so far!! I’m a slow burner but I’m happy! As long as your losing something that’s good and I’ve hit a few stalls! Keep positive a lb is still a loss so happy days!!

  11. I had my sleeve on Nov 7th and down 50lbs but 21lbs of that loss was with pre op diet. Every lb is a loss and don’t be discouraged. I’m happy with my weight loss so far as haven’t been able to do gym work and only started walking 2 weeks ago. Everybody is different. Don’t beat yourself up having the occasional treat as I have had but just be extra vigilant the next day. Just limit them as these treats got us into trouble in the first place![emoji3] Don’t be disheartened I am around the same weight as you and am upping the ante now to continue on this journey! Keep up the good work! You CAN and you Will do it!!

  13. I was told I could by my surgeon and I’m 3 months out so at a party or function I would have a glass of red wine and sip! Not like before surgery where I could have loads!! Now the 1 glass is fine for me on special occasions
  14. Well done with your weight loss! I was sleeved the day before you and have lost 49lbs to date. A bit slow but I’m happy! It’s a great feeling to see the weight coming off and the health benefits of same! Keep up the good work!

  17. Thanks for your honest approach. I’m 3 months out and have lost 49Ibs but that includes pre op diet. I have lost 14lbs between month1 and month 3 post op and my doc is underwhelmed but I’m happy as haven’t exercised due to knee injury. I’ve also had some cheat days but back on track to lose more! Keep up the good work and I hope to God I will see more pounds fall off!!![emoji3]

  20. I was sleeved Nov 7 and down 49lbs including pre op loss! I have had issues as well with my knee so exercise is limited. Hopefully I will up the ante now as my weight loss has stalled!
  21. I was sleeved November 7 and I’m down 49lbs including pre op diet loss so you are doing better than me!! Every Ib list is good!!! Keep up the good work!! My starting weight was 233lbs and I’m now 184lbs!

  23. I am almost 3 months post surgery and have stopped using the cpap as it made me so dehydrated and I kept getting eye infections from the air leaking out! I was using a full mask but even with mask covers it kept marking my face really badly. I have lost almost 50 lbs including pre op loss and feel I don’t need it but specialist wants me to go back for another consult!!

  25. I am 4 weeks post op too and the scales stay the same but I can feel the weight loss in my clothes!! I wouldn’t worry about it too much as many people on this forum have said to expect a stall 3 to 4 weeks post op! Good luck with it and hopefully the scales will move in our favour again!!
  26. How much protein should you be eating daily? I’m one month post op sleeve surgery
  27. Isn’t it amazing how different advice is from surgeons!!! I have lost 24lbs but most of that was from pre op!! Hope you are doing well too!

  29. Sleeved 11/07. On soft foods. On a stall with weight loss. But otherwise in good health. Still sore getting out of bed and can’t wait to go back driving as suffering from cabin fever!!! Don’t see the scale moving down but have noticed the weight loss in my clothes!
  30. I’m three weeks out of surgery and I’m allowed 2 crackers with low fat spreadable cheese or nut butter as a snack. When I dine out I try soup or fish with vegetables. Have a great Christmas [emoji319]
