    I had really bad back pain due to the bed at the hospital, but also i was never given/aware of abdominal binders, for the first 2 weeks i kind of slouched over while walking/sitting because of my stomach pulling on my cuts, i resorted to getting a pregnancy support and it really helped! 4 weeks post op now with no pain x
