Has any body had a problem with humana. I have had one nutrtional visit have 3 more. Go talk to the psychologists in December. My Doctor sgin off on referral . my blood pressure is high. Joint pain. My BMI IS 45 hoping to get approved in about 4 months. Even my orthopedics wants me to get it. Because I can't get knee surgery until I lose the weight and keep it off.. I am just in the being. I went to the seminar Oct 30. Had 1 nutrtional visit. I have three more to do. I am with weight watchers. They are a good support group. I will continue even after my bypass. My orthopaedic doctor has me going to a gym. Before I can have my knee done have to drop a lot of weight. So him and my MD thinks the gastric bypass is what I need. I also want to get off meds. Hello Candy My name is Alice I am also new on here. I have been over weight all my life. My knees are bone to bone. Doctor can't operate in till I lose weight . I have to keep it off. So I am having the gastric bypass done. I have Humana. Which they want 4 nutrtional visit. Psychological . I have 3 more nutrtional to do. Psych is on Dec. My MD. Has sgin off on it.
