Hey everyone.... Sorry I am not on here very often but I have been very busy with doctor's appointments and etc.... I finally got my series of 3 shots in both knees for my arthritis.... It's still not helping but my doctor said it might take about 3 weeks after the last shot..... Now back to the weight loss, I have gained 3 lbs. [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]. I am so disappointed in myself.... I have 1 more month of Physician Supervised Weight Loss (March 27th), I still have my pulmonary tests on March 8th and follow up with him on March 15th.... I am just beginning my journey through the weight loss surgery world. My beginning size is 28/30, and 3x/4x.... If anyone has smaller clothes that they would like to get off their hands, I would love to accept them. I do live in Thomaston GA. I am on very very low income and I could maybe give a small donation for items but not very much.... My favorite saying is "Pay It Forward!'....
