Hey everyone.... Sorry I am not on here very often but I have been very busy with doctor's appointments and etc.... I finally got my series of 3 shots in both knees for my arthritis.... It's still not helping but my doctor said it might take about 3 weeks after the last shot..... Now back to the weight loss, I have gained 3 lbs. [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]. I am so disappointed in myself.... I have 1 more month of Physician Supervised Weight Loss (March 27th), I still have my pulmonary tests on March 8th and follow up with him on March 15th....
