  1. Maybe the gym is what's made the difference. I have been going since 2 weeks after surgery.. I try to go as regular as I can but sometimes life gets in the way and I skip a few weeks. The perspective helps though thank you!!
  2. At 5 months I had lost 85lbs. So 85x100=8500/286= 29.72% Does that make sense? [emoji2]
  3. Hey there! I had VSG done on 3/21/2017. I have lost just over 100 lbs since surgery which is 80% of my total weight loss goal. Just curious if that seems normal or high for how far out I am.. My surgeon commented that I have lost a lot more than most in that short period of time. Now I am concerned that I am going to lose more than I want to (my goal weight is 160). HW: 296 SW: 286 CW: 185 GW: 160
  4. I started drinking caffeinated coffee 6 weeks out. Before that I stuck to decaf coffee and tea!
