Scales
Hi, Do you find your bathroom scale aligns with your Dr scale? I don't mind purchasing one for home, would just hate for it to say 200 and when I visit my Dr it says 220 [emoji20] Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

Scales
Hi peeps, I'm wondering how everyone checks their weight? I've used the scale at rite aid and it's off about 20- 25 pounds(less) from the scale on my doctors office. I try not to focus on the number as much as how I feel, but I like checking at least monthly and right now I'm only seeing my Dr every 3 months; any suggestions? Thanks Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

Living scale free
I'm right there with ya. I've never been concerned with the number as much as I've been concerned about my health and how I feel. Since my surgery, 10.16.17, I've been weighed twice; once at the doctor's office and once at Rite Aid just because I was curious. I see a lot of people live by the scale and I don't want that for me. Best of luck on your weight loss journey Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

Time off
I'm taking the entire 6 weeks. Fortunately my job covers short term disability 100% and I'm still suffering very much with fatigue. I'd rather more time then not enough Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

How long were you out
I'm still experiencing soreness, I feel like if I move too much or sneeze too hard, my stomach is going to pop, lol. I have the option to work remote as well but I manage a team and feel more valuable in the office. Best of luck to you Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app
