I don't know how you quit smoking at the same time. Really struggling on optifast. I am only allowed water, 1 cup of broth a day, and one sugar fee jello..not allowed anything else. I still have to cook and feed my special needs child and I work in a group home ,where I cook and serve meals for clients. This is really kicking my butt![emoji51] I am on day 5, have 9 days left.
