  1. I just got home, 2 1/2 he drive. Uggh, felt every bump. I had those medicine cups at home already. Feeling very weak but I am determined to walk to the end of the street and back today. It's already 4 pm, just have to sit a rest a bit.I don't have the protein water yet but I have almost everything else.Thank goodness I bought almost everything I need before hand, cannot imagine hitting the grocery store on a Friday! Just made some herbal tea, husband ran out to pick up all my meds at the pharmacy. Just glad to be home, even if I am sleeping in the sofa recliner![emoji12] Sent from my Nexus 5 using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I am sore. Drinking is a struggle. At the hospital I lined up my little cups, and I worked on drinking that in an hour. It's tough because I have no appetite and you have to stop so many times because it begins to hurt. The next couple of weeks are really going to be tough trying to get liquids in and protein. We can do this! We have to have patience. Let's keep in touch and encourage one another! [emoji5] Sent from my Nexus 5 using BariatricPal mobile app
