  17. My immediate family and my co-workers are aware of my surgery. I don't care who knows but what I dislike are the people who say, why don't you hire a trainer, join the gym, or go running...instead of the surgery. Duh...done all those things.   19. Oh I was thinking about the after the surgery,lol. 7 days prior to my surgery I'm on a liquid protein diet which is similar to stage 2. After the surgery I go to clear liquid diet.   25. I actually like the Premier shakes. I let them get almost frozen. They taste so much better that way. I've never heard of triple zero yogurt but I'll look into it.
