  2. I eat as a distraction from my feelings. I have not had a bad childhood and only one traumatic event in my adulthood - I was already massively overweight then so I guess that doesn’t matter so much. But as I have not been able to process my emotions properly as a child, this has transcended into adulthood and manifested into a massive belly with an obsession with food and fizzy drinks. It’s amazing how little things in childhood and the development stages can effect our mental and physical health later on down the life.
  3. Hey guys I'm from Nottingham and very new to this site. Hopefully will be having a gastric sleeve early next year. It's lovely to see and hear the fabulous weight loses you all have had. Emily x
