  1. It is completely normal to have those thoughts. Everyone is different I am now 3 months post op and i have lost only 40lb and I am very happy with that. However, I am always hungry yet can't satisfy that hunger eventually, you get use to it. It is hard but it gets better when you see the weight coming off. Remember that everyone's body is different everyone's surgeon is different. Someone else's experience might not be yours. My cousin did the sleeve as well and she can't eat certain foods. I on the other hand can eat everything but in small amounts. Good luck and this is a great step your taking. Just remember to go off your doctors orders and learn to eat again based of what your body takes and adjusts too.

  3. I was told to see the surgeons NP he said to walk it off. However, walking does not help! I took gas-x and that helped a lot!

  5. Hi, I had my sleeve done 9/29 and I am now about a week post surgery. Every time I eat I get intense chest pain right on my diaphragm area ( i did have a hernia they removed while in surgery there) the pain gets worse with the thicker the liquid. Has anyone else experienced this ? About how long until it goes away ?
