  5. I take a teaspoon of magnesium citrate powder in water every evening before going to sleep. It helps me sleep and makes me go very regularly every morning. Also, many people are magnesium deficient and don't realise. Just make sure the powder dissolves completely in the water so it's transparent, this gets the active ingredients working properly.
  6. Just some more information: I'm having the gastric sleeve done, and I live in Switzerland, near Italy. Food funerals: definitely. Mine is tequila. Good thing is, alcohol is off the plan for a good 6 months and then I'll just carry on not touching it. Is there a FB page for sleevers in January?

  11. Hi Jess, I gave up caffeine some years ago and now only drink decaf which now you really can't taste the difference. I believe decaf is less acidic. Would this maybe help you? Good luck!
  12. I want to have a bath in a normal bathtub, ride horses again, learn to climb those rock walls, go shopping for normal clothes, not be looked at, fit easily in economy on flights, not be the big girl in the group.
  13. Thanks Jess for the tank top and shorts idea. I'm now where you were in the beginning (will have VSG early January) and am excited to see the transformation as I go down this exciting path !

  16. Hi Starsmore, It was funnily enough my gynecologist who suggested the operation to me a year ago. That started me searching and finding out what it all was about. When I told her in September that I'll have the operation beginning January '18 she was thrilled and very supportive. I'm sorry to hear that yours was not. I hope you can find another gynecologist. No need to stay with someone who isn't supportive. And congratulations on the amazing result! Brava! Big cheers.[emoji122] [emoji122] [emoji122]

  23. Hi mylighthouse, I find that a teaspoon of magnesium in water every evening half an hour before I go to sleep does wonders. You have to stir out and let the liquid become totally clear before drinking, since this ensures that the active ingredients are working. I've been totally regular since I started doing this. It also helps me fall asleep. In fact many people are You can get magnesium powder, or find the magnesium fuzzy tablets. Sent from my SM-G930F using BariatricPal mobile app
