I do have a bit of desire to eat but when I eat I start feeling nauseous, I’m basically can eat anything but just little, I only lost 14 and I’m stuck there I need someone that can tell me what I should be eating please help

The protein shakes are your breakfast ? And for how long? What can you eat for lunch? I’m 3 weeks and I basically can eat just in small portions I do have a lot of smoothies but I have notice this week I haven’t lost started with 222 and I’m down 208 is this normal?

I had mine on 11-21-17 since last week I can eat basically anything but I do have to chew it a lot of times, when I get full I do gag and have to go to the restroom to vomit the only thing I really dislike is that I’m not able to drink liquid as I used to[emoji30][emoji30] I lost 21 pounds and I’m very happy -

Hi my only issues after gastric sleeve is that I have the worse left shoulder pain ever! If I breath it hurts everything radiates in my shoulder, I called my surgent and he informed me it has to do with a diaphragm and it’s very sensitive and it triggers my shoulder , this pain has not let me sleep and I have zero pain on my abdomen, has any one experience this pain after surgery? -

Had mines yesterday and I feel the same my liquids don’t have a problem my only problem is that I woke up with a shoulder pain as if there’s an air trap there that’s about it. I also though it was going to be bad hearing from people here but I’m more than fine thank the Lord. -

I had mine yesterday, had a little pain after I woke up and that’s it, don’t have any pain at all the only complaints I have a left shoulder pain hurts could be an air coughs up in my shoulder , been walking ever since I’m home already and feel great! Drinking liquids it’s ok but I really thought It would be really bad hearing a lot of people here I was a bit scared. Thank God I feel awesome!! -
I have my surgery Nov 21 goes doing good with my clear liquid diet but last night had such a severe headache that had a Enron soup and I set everything even the wontons is this bad? Should I take a laxative to clean my stomach out?

I have a question, I just finished my 3 months dietary visits, my trigger date is Nov 21, I’m a little nervous because I have gained weight even though Avmed will not deny me because of that, but I need to start preparing or dieting already? Should I start eating as if I had the gastric sleeve? -
Hi I'm new at this just finished with my nutritionist but I have been gaining weight I do have thyroid problems and it's very hard to loose any kind of weight , my nutritionist did advised me that I can't be gaining because my insurance can deny my procedure?
