I'm starting to get nervous lol. I was so busy arranging things and making this happen that there wasn't time. Now I'm 6 days away and found time to be nervous. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on. I am best if I know the "why" lol I am 5'10" HW 298 CW 279 (after 1 week pre op diet) and goal weight is 180. I would love to communicate with someone who I can go through this with and if you are in Florida even better!
My surgeon said a week to 4 depending on how I feel. I plan on being back to work in 10 days. And 3 weeks from surgery I start back my traveling for work which is nearly every other week on a plane. Can't wait till I am no longer the one no one wants to sit next too lol
I imagine it would be hard not to think/regret in the first week post op. I am expecting it! Almost to California (long trip from Florida). I was able to make my shake on the 1st plane with the bottle of water I bought. Which is good because it was dinner time and lots of people either pulled out food they had brought on plane with them or bought it on the plane. I was getting very tense wanting to eat and arguing with myself lol.
Mine is in 7 days. October 2,2017. I'm getting very nervous every lol and reading everything I can. I am on the 2 week liquid diet and what I am worried about is that I a leaving on a business trip to California today. I bought the powders you mix and hope they will be enough to keep the cravings down. So far I have been doing good. I did slip up early in when friends were over but I stuck to protein food, no carbs. I have lost 16 pounds in just over a week of the pre op diet.
