How is everyone doing? I am finding it kinda hard. To get approved I worked on it,and lost 12 lbs. When I got approved I think the fat kid in me came out. I feel like I am bingeing, i am Not though. Boise sleevers ?? I am a month or so from sleeve surgery with Dr. Korn. I am becoming too anxious or Ansy,I am so excited to get started. Even though I am eating over 60 grams of protein and over 64 oz of water. Already changed,my coffee routine down to one cup. Homemade creamer sugar free syrup and fat/reg 1/2 of each half and half. Going out to eat. Makes it easy in a lot of places have calorie count. Tilapia is my new favorite food grilled in the oven with seasoning. Sliced avacado and pico,lemon. I am having no loss though.
