  7. I'm with you.... Well, sorta. For the last twelve years I've had what I can only think of as dumping syndrome, only I didn't have the surgery to go with it and it doesn't have to be high sugar or high fat food to send me scrambling to the bathroom hoping I make it. I dont go nearly as often as you, I only go right after I eat but that's often enough for me lol. Have you noticed if it's right after you eat or drink that you have to go? No doc has ever been able to figure mine out, I've just learned to deal and hope it gets better after surgery. I wish I could offer you some pointers, just try not to eat or drink heavily if you are in public or not close to a restroom. That's my only real trick. Talk to your Doc as soon as you can, hopefully he can get you straight again. It's possible that you are not getting enough of one nutrient or another, or even to much of something. Maybe try logging your foods for a few days in a tracker that counts different vitamins and nutrients, see if you have a deficit or abundance of something. Spark people. Com has a great tracker that tracks just about everything under the sun if you tell it to. Good luck, hope it all comes out in the end (bad pun intended lol) ????

  9. Well welcome all of you. I'm kinda new here to but it's definitely a place you can call home quickly. The is so much knowledge and inspiration here but even more than that there is support and family here that you never even knew you had... Lots of great people to share your ups and downs with, give you guidance or even a kick in the pants if that's what is needed.. I haven't had my surgery yet but I already feel like I belong. I hope y'all find that same feeling????
  10. You hardly look like the same girl! It's obvious that you are so much more confident... It really looks like you found your true self. Way to get it done girl!!!!! ????????????

  15. Other than bariatric pal of course, what other tools do you use to help keep you accountable, motivated, and successful? Which tracker do you use for food and fitness? Who do you follow on you tube? I use this of course, Plus I use sparkpeople. COM and my favorite you tube vsger is less of Sara. Is there any phenomenal apps or forums I and maybe others are missing out on?

  19. @Always Vegas how did you quit smoking? I'm currently only vaping but can't manage to kick the habit. I've smoked for almost 22 years and have never been able to quit. I am hoping to go down in the account of nicotine, but I just don't know what I'm going to do. Doc says he won't operate if I still smoke or even vape. So scared!

  25. My last nutrition appointment is April 20ish so hopefully may or June for surgery. My birthday is June so that would be cool.
  26. I told my mother to and that was such a mistake. She nearly had me talked out of it. Said all I need to do was eat salad and walk. If that worked for me I wood have done it. Luckily my husband is awesome and said he wouldn't let me quit on myself.
