  1. I was sleeved 8/22 I have an 18, 16 and 8 year old while I have older children and could depend on them to take on responsibilities. I'm also a single mom whom can not miss a day of work... I was kept an extra day in the hospital and was released on a Thursday. By Saturday I was at a family party enjoying on my fight but made the mistake of not resting enough. Don't forget the rest it's needed and necessary. I did go back to work that Monday though and feel more energetic than ever!!!!
  2. Hi Guys!!! I was sleeved on 8/22/2017. I had a horrible time with protein shakes and was dehydrated several times even with the correct intake of liquids. In total I've lost 35 lbs. I'm now on soft foods and didn't crave certain foods until now... salt, seasoning even a lick of Doritos... my calorie count averages 600-750 and protein on a good day averages 60-65. I went to work a week later and get about 6,000 steps in.
