  3. I’m six weeks out and have lost 34lbs. That includes one week on the pre-op diet.
  4. I’m six weeks out and chop up pickles to put on my chicken salad.
  5. I am six weeks out and still have days when I’m exhausted. I’d say do it during your break. You also need to be able to focus getting your fluids and protein. That can be a job within itself.

  10. Same thing happened here. The scale started moving again.
  11. I have to do lunch all the time for work meetings. It can be tough but I check the menu out before I go. Sometimes I'll even order something and have my own food with me and put it on my plate when no one is looking!
  12. I had dilaudid by IV for 24hours but only used it three times. Tylenol by IV every 6 hours and they gave me another pain med that was not a narcotic. They sent me home with hydrocodone but I never took it. I did by liquid Tylenol for home.
  13. I had hardly any pain. I stopped taking pain meds the 2nd day in the hospital and haven't even taken a Tylenol since. The most painful thing is about 3-4 days of gas pain.
  14. I waited until 3 weeks out. I just told him to take it easy like I was a virgin on prom night. All went well!
