  1. Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone has had issues with protein causing gas and discomfort. I have been pretty strict in following doctors directions....and I have been eating only protein shakes and they have been contributing to the gassy feeling which is very uncomfortable. Anyone else been experiencing this? Any comments or suggestions?
  2. Thanks everyone....I feel better today....although I am incredibly hungry.
