Lol. When you put it that way.... I just keep hearing these stories of large chunks of weight being lost so quickly. Perhaps their weight is higher. I'm not ungrateful. This was a good decision for me. In addition to the weight loss, I have no headaches and I sleep well and I have no aches or pains!!
I've been slow and steady the whole time. RNY 8/21/17 and down 30 lbs. I average 700 Cals/daily and I get in my water and protein. I'd love to lose a big chunk all at once but it just hasn't happened. I keep reading stories of people having the weight melt off...normal??? SW:256 CW:226
I had RNY on 8/21. I am recovering well and sticking to the recommended foods. I have lost 20 lbs and definitely inches that are noticeable already. But the scale hasn't budged in a week. Is that normal so early on?
