  2. Hi all I am 6 days out of surgery. 5'8 HW. 289 SW. 278 CW. 269 My surgery went very well. Pain from nausea and gas. Feeling better and walking. Had dumping episode Friday because I didn't wait long enough between food and water. I'll never do that again! I'm wondering if I'll be back to my exercise routine - 5 mile walks, soul cycle, purebarre - in a months time. I usually drink tons of water during my exercising - how do you do this with the sleeve- sipping 40 oz now. Also. I feel so week some days on the 2oz meals- I'm not sure I'll have the energy. Please share if you have had similar experiences early on and if you were able to get back to exercising. Thanks so much!
