I also had the food funeral...and gained weight because of it. My surgeon was not happy and said I needed to lose 15lbs in order to do the surgery...surgery is scheduled for Monday 8/28. I have lost 12 pounds so hoping the other 3 will come off this weekend so surgery is not cancelled. This self sabotaging behavior is horrible and once I was approved I changed my mindset. Hello All, I am thankful to come across this site. Thank you all for sharing your journey. As my topic above says, I am nervous. I get an endoscope on Friday the 25th and as long as everything is good with that, my surgery is scheduled for Monday. I am most nervous about the pain after.
