  6. Hi everyone, I'm in the process of applying for a lap band, I have struggled with my weight since I was a young teen and it is now making me depressed. I struggle to go out without covering myself in makeup and clothes that I feel 'ok' in. I'm only 22 and would like any tips or info about your story and how it worked for you. I'm currently starting to change my diet to get ready for the op but i have my deciding appointment on Friday and am very nervous as it's something I have wanted for a while.
