Anyone living near Clarksville? I'm new to the wls community. My plan is to have VSG. My current weight is 286.5 lbs and my goal is 125-130lbs. I've started a high protein low carb diet. But I don't know if it's working. Looking to find a group support and new friends who know what I'm going through and can understand how I feel.

I've smoked for 27 years and just quit on 7/16/17. I vap now. And slowing lowering the nicotine level. Down to 6 now. Only 1 level left until 0. Found a good flavor and it made it easy for me. Still crave the nasty things when I'm stressed out but haven't smoked!!
