    Hey everyone my name is Maya and im new to this. I've joined a few groups on Facebook BUT it wasn't much help. I'm hoping this will be a bit easier. I am 11 days post op and I'm feeling ( not myself lately) and can barely eat and everything is grossing me out from yogurt to protein shakes ( premiere protein) any suggesgions ideas help??
