SW 257 CW 182 HT 5’3 Surgery Date: 9/21/17 Any protein suggestions ? Exercise suggestions ? I have hit a stall . I’m incredibly grateful for the weight I’ve lost . My hair is thinning , muscle tone gone ... I haven’t excersized yet . I haven’t had strength to . I think I’m ready now my potassium is back to normal . Anyone close to same post op as I am ? How are things going ?

So sorry for my late reply ... I went to doctor , was not keto rash , my potassium was 1.4 and it should be 3.5. White tongue also from potassium issues . Resolve was two IVs with two potassium IV cocktails , and oral potassium they had me drink. Rash clearing up ?

I’m 43 and my neck is definitely a turkey neck . I’m down 67 pounds from 9/21/17 sleeve date . Flappy arms and all. I had my sleeve in Mexico . Def want a mommy makeover.

My surgery was 9/21/17 i had a regular cycle that month prior to surgery , second month only spotting , and now no period at all .

I was sleeved 9/21/17... i was terribly hungry the first two weeks . It’s “mind” hungry and it went away for me. You will go through so many phases of different feelings emotionally and physically . I promise if you try to satisfy that hunger with something before it’s time ... it’s not worth it . Protein shakes will help . I use sugar free carnation vanilla and add fruit to it. I still do this to get some of my protein .

So glad I found some September Sleevers ... Sw 257 Cw 192 have any of you had facial rashes or hand rashes ? Congrats everyone !

I take one Senna every three days . Sleeved 9/21/17. It seems to do the trick along with water and a little walking .

New to this forum . Gastric sleeved 9/21/2017... I have had red small flat dots around my forehead and atop my hands . Anyone else experienced rash problems ?

Surgery tomorrow at 730 am ! I would have to say today has been the hardest with cravings .

I absolutely agree with you about research . It sounds as though we may be using the same hospital and set up . I'm very excited about this life change. Beyond ready . I'm 5'3 and 260lbs . I don't know where I lost me ... but I'm ready for me to come back . The struggle is real . How are you doing since your surgery ?
