  1. Yes its all food from them. Not alot of choices. I'm a week in, try to take it one day at a time. But I do miss eating at times. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Feeling food bored..My office requires every patient to under go Medical weight loss 1st. For me this eating 4x a day only allowed bars, shakes, or protien soups(1of each) no snacks, no real food nothing else. My follow up is in 6weeks!! If I lost my set amount of weight(10%of body weight) I get my surgery. Has anyone else done this? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using BariatricPal mobile app
